Please contact your local pharmacy to obtain a refill on your medication.  If you have not been seen for 3 or more months, your provider may want you to come in for a follow up appointment.  Certain medications can not be called in and will require being picked up by the patient or a designated person of the patient's choosing. 

All initial mail order presciptions must be sent in by the patient.  Once the mail order company has recieved the first prescription then all subsequent prescriptions may be requested via fax or electronically through your mail order companies web site.  The patient is responsible for initiating this process as well.

Please allow a turn around time of 72 business hours on all medication refill request. Any prescription requiring a prior-autherization through your insurance company will take longer to approve. It is ultimately the responsibility of the patient to know if a medication is covered or not under his or her medical plan.
